One of the UK's leading business libraries which is open to everyone with no membership required. Also hosts a range of free seminars and workshops.

Aimed at those in tertiary and adult education, the Goldsmiths' Company Library has special collections covering hallmarking, assaying, jewellery and other subjects relating to precious metals.

One of the UK's richest sources on London history with an unrivalled collection including trade directories, poll books and archives dating from the 11th century.

The LMA, refurbished in 2009, holds a vast amount of information about the capital and its citizens, including the official records of the City of London Corporation.

The Library has some 40,000 volumes in the lending section covering a range of subjects including Marx, Engels, Lenin, the Spanish Civil War and the History of Socialism and the British Labour Movement.

Part of King's College London, the Maughan Library & ISC is not open to the general public as a walk-in facility, but anyone wishing to access their specialist collections for items not easily available elsewhere can do so by contacting us.
