Visitor Information

Open week days throughout the year from 8am to 7pm or dusk, whichever is the earlier. Closed at weekends.

Local garden with an interesting history as one of the King George’s Fields Sites which were set up by the Lord Mayor of London in 1936 to commemorate King George V. The foundation was created to carry his name forward by dedicating playing fields for the use and enjoyment of the people. Now the garden has a selection of play equipment for children.

At Tower Hill Garden archaeology dating back to Roman times lies beneath the post-war rubble and the garden falls within the environs of the Tower of London World Heritage Site.
