Elephants have been springing up across the capital this summer as part of a campaign that shines a spotlight on the crisis faced by the endangered Asian elephant. The City has 15 elephants in its midst in locations such as Royal Exchange, Lime Street and Paternoster Square. Each is decorated by a different artist or celebrity and the aim of the project is to raise £2 million for the charity through sale by auction. Happy elephant spotting!
